Government Records on the Blockchain

Accessible and Efficient Registry Data Across the USA

Creating an efficient digital environment to support housing and government across the USA.

Perfect Chain of Ownership

The Future

The future will see all property data aggregated across all states and counties onto blockchain for a real view into the state of housing.

The chain will provide comparative data and transparency across the USA and will help stakeholders make well informed decisions on opportunity and risk.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to create Access to Homeownership for the millions of Americans who are priced out of the market today.

We leverage blockchain technology to create efficiencies and cost savings throughout the flow of data, and then facilitate the use of Tokenization for a more affordable path to Homeownership.

Our Goal

To record all country records to blockchain creating a more innovative environment to transform the Real Estate Market.

MLG will create source data for the Land Records in the US Housing Market.

The prices of homes are skyrocketing and this has burdened millions of Americans across the country. Every added cost creates an additional burden for individuals and their families.

Homeowners or renters must decide between mortgage/ rent payments, or education, or healthcare, or home maintenance...

County Record offices are often running on antiquated systems in how they collect and store their data. Retrieving this data for Insurance or Lending purposes is a time and cost burden that is passed down to the client/ homebuyer.

How we
do it

We aggregate and record all property records to chain.

This chain is built with advisors from government and private sector stakeholders to optimize its effectiveness resulting in:

  • Improve title search

  • Accessible digitized records

  • Rapid transaction times

  • Integration with private stakeholders

  • Tokenization/ fractional ownership

  • Smart contracts

  • Deed fraud protection (with cryptography and digital signatures)
